Entering into our fifteenth season, the Kingston Chamber Choir has built a reputation of bringing exceptional choral music to Kingston audiences. This year marks a new era for the choir as Darrell Bryan begins as our new Artistic Director. With an exciting season of music that focuses on storytelling, this year’s season is set to be both varied and exciting.
With returning favourites, such as International Baritone, David Pike, violinist, Melinda Collins, and our exceptional pianist, Clare Miller, the Kingston Chamber Choir will also be collaborating for the first time with the internationally renowned Canadian Chamber Choir, and the choirs of Queen's University.
With Kingston premieres of works by Andrew Ager and Dr. John Burge, along with a world premiere of a piece commissioned by the Kingston Chamber Choir, the choir is exploring new music, whilst maintaining it's focus of choral excellence, supporting the work of Canadian composers and emerging artists. |
